Speed limit signs, as well as, stop signs have been placed on our newest streets.  Lane division dots were placed on our curved roads. Please help keep our neighborhood safe by observing all of our road signs.

Our Neighborhood Watch (NW) is up and running.

We now have 92 homes participating. That's 42%!!!!! as of October 2024.

Emails were sent out in May 2022, requesting that you sign up to participate in our NW program.  All you have to do is fill out the form and return it to us at lfhoa.0121@gmail.com.  Please continue joining us in making  our neighborhood a safe place to live.

Our neighborhood coordinator is Raj Ranjan.  You can contact him with any questions, concerns or suggestions at 361-649-8522 or at rajranjan4088@gmail.com.  He is our non-emergency contact to the police department.  Please do not hesitate to call 911 if it is a true emergency.

Senior Officer John Turner with the Community Engagement Unit of the Victoria Police Department, is our direct contact to our NW program. Below is a link that will give you information about the program. The HOA board is very interested in implementing this program in our neighborhood.
