Section III-V. Update for all deed restrictions March 10, 2016

No golf cart, tent, mobile home, motor home, trailer of any kind, camper or boat, or any structure, similar or dissimilar, shall be parked on any portion of a lot in such a way that it is visible from any street in the subdivision for more that twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, and all of the foregoing shall never be parked or placed on an unimproved lot……………

The HOA and ARC boards do understand that there are times when the home owner needs a short amount of extended time for preparation of a vehicle before or after a trip, as long as it is within a reasonable window of time.  (Ex. a few days before or after the vehicle is brought to the property)
